Properties
What properties are there?
• Here at Fairy Vale, we offer Training, Boarding, Foaling properties.
What can you do with those properties?
• When you own a Training Property, you're allowed to train other riders' horses.
• When you own a Boarding Property, you may rent out stalls for other riders to keep their horses in.
• When you own a Foaling Property, you may produce/take care of foals past birth. This can be for yourself or other riders.
What are the requirements you need for your property to pass inspection?
• Training Properties require at least 1 barn with 8 stalls, a riding arena, and 2 paddocks. Stalls and paddocks must be minimum sized 8x8 per horses and a maximum of 12x12.
• Boarding Properties require at least 2 barns with 6 stalls and 2 paddocks. Stalls and paddocks must be minimum sized 8x8 per horses and a maximum of 12x12.
• Foaling Properties require at least 1 barn with 4 foaling stalls and 2 paddocks. Stalls and paddocks must be minimum sized 9x9per horse and a maximum of 14x14.
• Any pastures added must be a minimum of 12x12 per horse.
Does your property need to be fenced in?
• Yes. To prevent animals from escaping, riders must have their properties securely fenced in.
What flooring is needed for certain builds?
• Horse stalls must be matted with 60% shavings.
• Paddocks must be at least 70% grass or sand. No extreme terrain is permitted, horses must be provided with soft footing.

• Riding arenas must be at least 85% sand, grass, or dirt.
How many chunks do you need per property?
• Riders must have 70 chunks for a Training Property.
• Riders must have 60 chunks for a Boarding Property.
• Riders must have 100 chunks for a Foaling Property.
What level do you need to be to own each property?
• Riders must be at least level 3 to own a Training Property.
• Riders must be at least level 2 to own a Boarding Property.
• Riders must be at least level 4 to own a Foaling Property.
How much money does it cost to have a staff member inspect your property so it may become officially certified?
• Training Properties cost $1000.
• Boarding Properties cost $500.
• Foaling Properties cost $2000.

Prices
What are the price ranges of basic things you can sell per specific property?
Training
• minimum of $30,000 to fully train a horse, maximum of $400,000.
• minimum of $5,000 per level, maximum of $40,000 per level.
Boarding
• minimum of $50 a day per horse, maximum of $200.
• minimum of $300 a week per horse, maximum of $10,000.
• minimum of $750 a month per horse, maximum of $20,000.
Foaling
• minimum of $750 to take care of foal until fully grown, maximum of $20,000.
• minimum of $750 to breed on property, maximum of $20,000.
Selling Horses
• Completely Untrained: $10,000, maximum of $20,000.
• Fully Trained Horses: $100,000, no maximum limit.
• Auction Horses: $10k, no maximum limit.
